Hans Werner Mennen is a qualified Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer and has been practising as such since 1977. He was a partner for 16 years with a large firm in Cape Town and in 2000 formed his own practice as Mennen Attorneys in Claremont.
He was in property investments for two years, and since 1983 has been specialising in all property related transactions and property developments, including conveyancing in respect of residential, commercial, agricultural land, sectional titles and mortgage bonds. He has also completed the Certificate for the Commercial Property Practitioner (CCPP) with SAPOA.
Mennen Attorneys are appointed to the panel of attorneys of Absa Bank.
Mennen Attorneys support and are committed to the principles of BEE as defined in ACT 53 of 2003.
